RETURN POLICYAll our garments are cut and made once you have placed your order with all the required documents. Therefore all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.DAMAGED ITEMSYour dress will be carefully inspected by us before it is shipped to you. If you find any damages or you think something is missed during our inspection, you have 3 business days from when UPS delivers at the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like us to replace your merchandize. You must return the item to us at your expense via priority mail. We will expedite a replacement or repair, and you will be refunded your return shipping charges. If it is found to be non–defective, the item will be returned to you and you will be charged for shipping. |
